What is the first thing that crosses your mind when you think about having a perfect WEEKEND?
Where would you like to be?
With whom?
What would you love to do?
How many times did you find yourself eagerly anticipating your weekends and you’ve been disillusioned how fast weekend went by and you didn’t do the most of it?
Spending great weekends before work starts back on Monday is very beneficial.
- It improves your mood for the coming week.
- It boosts your energy level.
- It helps to respond efficiently to your job assignments.
I am challenging you today to write down how your perfect SUNDAY would look like.
Respect these 7 rules:
1. Take a white sheet NOW and master your time carefully.
2. Start with a mantra.
3. Schedule your day as you’d love to be.
4. Pin it on the wall, leave it on your desk or wherever else you’ll prefer.
5. Try to use your phone and social media less for that day and focus on yourself.
6. Become aware of every moment you’ll spend for yourself.
7. Do not think too much about your MONDAY.
Follow up on your planning day when next weekend comes.
- You’ll feel proud of yourself when Sunday is over.
- You have achieved your goals.
- You have recharged your batteries for the upcoming week.
- You have refreshed your mind.
I, personally love to plan carefully my time for the weekends…
Usually, my Saturday starts with a list-to-do like groceries, clothes shopping, laundry, etc.
But Sunday is my day, all for myself, I don’t worry about nothing else, and I try to do the most of it.
Let’s get start!
This is how I designed my upcoming SUNDAY:
Create a life that makes you excited to get out of bed each day.
7:00 AM – Good morning Sunshine!
8:00 AM – Go with the flow! Yoga time!
9:00 AM – Happy avocado toast!
10:00 AM – Mindfulness time, I stick with my favorite books for a couple of hours!
1:00 PM – Luncheon with friends!
3:00 PM – Walk in the park!
4:00 PM – Movie time!
6:00 PM – Break a sweat!
7:00 PM – Evening Spa Therapy – Sink into a bubble bath!
8:00 PM – Healthy Dinner with grilled wild salmon and veggies.
9:00 PM – Relax on the couch, reading, TV, music!
11:00 PM – Bedtime, Zzzzzzzzz
This is my perfect Sunday.
