color: #545454;\">Throughout my writing,<\/span> you\u2019ll find mindful insights that I share from my research, as well as personal experiences from my everyday life and travels around the world.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Most of my articles <b>cover<\/b> topics such as health, mind, body, workouts, anti-aging routines, self-growth, culture, travel, stories from others, books, and more.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Garet Bold'; color: #545454;\"> I find inspiration in<\/span>\u00a0books and studies <b>that<\/b> I read about psychology and neuroscience, but I also approach other people to find out what their secrets are when it comes to wellness.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Since I began working on this project, <span style=\"font-family: 'Garet Bold'; color: #545454;\">I call myself a blend of cultures,<\/span> carrying with me values from each place I have belonged to. I was born and grew up in Romania.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">In my early 20s, I moved to France for six months for a student exchange program during my master\u2019s degree.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">In my mid-20s, I embraced a very challenging journey and moved to the United States all by <\/span>\u00a0<b><\/b>project was born at the intersection of my biggest passions: writing and my approach to health and different cultures, I taught myself Spanish, and in 2020, I began working as an English-Spanish interpreter in the medical field, breaking down language barriers for many people.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">This job brings me a lot of fulfillment and satisfaction, and it gives me the freedom I need to take care of my other life projects.<\/p><p
