Vegan Post-Workout Shake

I will share with you one of my favorite post-workout shake very easy to make in 1 minute.

Ingredients :

1 cup of organic almond milk (unsweetened)
1 ripe banana
1 Tbs of almond butter (you can replace with peanut butter as well)
1 Tbs of organic hemp shell seeds (natural source of protein)
1 Ts of organic chia seeds
½ Ts of organic vanilla extract (if you have)
1 Ts of natural honey or organic maple syrup Grade B (If you like sweet)
A dash of Cinnamon (on top of it)

Blend them for 1 minute until they turn in a creamy shake and treat yourself with it after your sweaty workout!
